Event description
Please join Author King Josh & Bernadette Law for the Book Launch of The Wisdom Keepers: Hope, Healing and Hidden Truths of Neurodivergence.
About the Book
What if the answers to humanity’s deepest struggles lie within the very minds society has overlooked?
Within every neurodivergent heart and mind lies a universe of untapped wisdom—insights, resilience, intuitive knowing, and a lifetime of experience navigating a world that often misunderstands. For too long, these voices have been silent, hidden behind the mask of conformity.
More than a collection of personal triumphs, “The Wisdom Keepers” is a tapestry woven with bravery, sacred insights and practical wisdom. It's a call to embrace the extraordinary potential within neurodivergence, and to reimagine what it means to thrive as an individual who doesn't fit the box.
Through their stories, our ten neurodivergent authors unveil the hidden gifts, profound personal truths, and unique perspectives that neurodivergent beings offer to a world in need of something new, something hopeful. This anthology is a blueprint for a better, more inclusive future.
With raw bravery, the authors you are about to meet have dared to open their hearts and share their vulnerability, journeys, and deep truths with an authenticity that is both humbling and transformative. This brilliant spectrum of souls—each one uniquely neurodivergent—have poured their hearts into these pages and now offer this book as a profound gift of hope, healing, and truth to you and the world.
The chapters of each author are a testament to courage. We have all faced societal misidentification and the complexities of neurodivergence—whether through autism, ADHD, PTSD, DID, or other hidden disabilities. Though painful, these experiences have shaped an unrecognised brilliance. As we shed the masks we were taught to wear, we reclaim the Divine truth of our power—beyond human limitations. By unmasking, living authentically and reclaiming our power, we are repatterning society, carving out a future of freedom, acceptance, self-actualisation, untapped potential and possibility for generations of neurodivergent children—the creatives, visionaries, and innovators of tomorrow. Our book serves as a roadmap; a guide to healing, transformation, and a future where all humans are valued for their differences and celebrated for their similarities.
As you read our transmissions, the very act of reflecting on your own lived experiences is in itself a healing activation and a process of uncovering the golden wisdom and learning inherent within your own experiences—at its core is the very essence of self-discovery and growth. Growing in this way is for you, but is also an act of service to humanity because as we each release our shame, fears, inadequacies, and confusion, we lead the way for others to do the same.
You may find parts of your own journey reflected in these pages, or perhaps new insights will emerge as you witness the bravery and brilliance of those who have gone before you. These stories are not just about struggle—they reflect the infinite potential that lies within every one of you, waiting to be unlocked.
We write and share for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or unworthy. We write for those who have walked through the shadows longing for the light, and for those seeking to reclaim their power, their purpose, and their joy.
We, the neurodivergent, hold the wisdom that humanity desperately needs.
Through our unique ways of seeing, feeling, and being, new paradigms of healing, connection, and understanding will emerge. Together, we can rewrite the story of human potential—one truth, one brave step at a time.
We invite you to stand with us, to listen deeply, and to absorb the wisdom within these pages. Join our movement and the call to awaken, heal, and step into the truth of who you truly are.
We see you.
We honour you.
We walk beside you.
You are not alone.
About King Josh & Bernadette Law
I would like to introduce myself and my son, Josh (aka King Josh). We have written a chapter in the new publication, The Wisdom Keepers: Hope, Healing and the Hidden Truths of Neurodiversity, published by Soul Scribe Publishing. Ours is one of a number of chapters by neurodivergent authors focussing on navigating life and promoting inclusion around neurodivergence.
King Josh and I are both neurodivergent in different ways. Our chapter is premised on our motto, ‘every good thing is possible.’
Themes in our chapter include:
- Our amazing journey: both a physical journey from Vietnam and China to Canberra via Mauritius and other places - and also our life journeys.
- It is also about disability – strongly focussed on capability and resilience and challenging expectations and assumptions.
- It views technology - and the worlds it opens up - as a friend.
- There is a strong focus on the strength and depth of parental love.
- It is about overcoming isolation, ableism and low expectations to create a remarkable life for us both.
