About The Author:
Alice Peel is a primary school teacher and co-founder of Grow Your Mind, a mental health social venture. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning from the University of Southern Queensland, a Masters of International Public Health from the University of Sydney and has undertaken courses in positive psychology and neuroscience. She is the co-founder of Grow Your Mind – a groundbreaking wellbeing program in over 500 Australian schools that helps children develop resilience, emotional regulation, and friendship skills.
