Join dietitian Lyndi Cohen in conversation with Michaela Kalowski to celebrate the launch of her 2nd book, Your Weight Is Not The Problem; A simple, no-diet plan for healthy habits that stick. Following the interview, there will be a live Q&A session with Lyndi hosted in the theater.

About the author // Lyndi Cohen

Lyndi Cohen is a media dietitian, best-selling author and one of Australia's most well-known nutritionists known as The @nude_nutritionist. In a world of strange superfoods and unregulated wellness influencers, Lyndi is most popular for calling out nutrition nonsense and promoting real health and a healthy body image. She is also the host of the popular health podcast, No Wellness Wankery and a regular on Channel 9's TODAY show. 

About the moderator //  Michaela Kalowski

Michaela Kalowski is an interviewer, moderator and curator for writers and ideas festivals. Highlight interviews include Margaret Atwood, Michelle de Kretser, Amos Oz, Stan Grant, Holly Ringland, Turia Pitt & Etgar Keret. She's the curator of ABC RN’s on-air writers festival, Big Weekend of Books, now in its 4th year. Michaela has conducted radio interviews for ABC RN’s The Music ShowBig Ideas The Bookshelf, ABC Classic and has presented programs across ABC radio.

About the venue // Bondi Pavillion 

Transport and parking: Bondi Pavilion is easily accessed by bus or train, and is only 15 minutes from the Sydney CBD. There is metered parking on the beach via Campbell Parade as well as at the main entrance to the Pavilion. This includes disability parking bays and ramps to and from the Bondi Pavilion.

Accessibility: There are two entrances, via Bondi Beach front and Campbell Parade, both providing accessible entrances. The ground floor has full access with a lift to level 1, where the event will be hosted. The theatre is fitted with Hearing Augmentation Systems. For companion cards or accessible seating bookings please contact the Box Office.
