Bookstravaganza Children's Storytime & Craft Session
Event description
We are delighted to be hosting Aura Parker for a children's picture book storytime, craft session and signing as part of the Harry Hartog Warringah Bookstravaganza. This weekend celebration of books and the wonders of reading will bring authors, readers and booksellers together in a way unlike any other. There will be children's & family activities, author signings, giveaways and so much more.
Aura will be reading from her books, hosting a craft session and there will be an opportunity to get your book signed. As part of the celebrations, there will be some fun giveaways and lucky dip prizes in store!
About the Author:
Aura Parker's bodies of work are constantly evolving. She often draws on themes of nature, humanity and childhood. Her work is insightful and imaginative with a playful sense of humour. Aura is the author and illustrator of eight picture books published with Scholastic Australia and Penguin Random House which have been published internationally and received awards such as Children's Book Council of Australia Notable and the Speech Pathology Book of the Year.
