Euphoria Social Halloween Event: A Mindful Celebration

Hey Everyone!

Get ready for a spooktacular night at Euphoria Social’s Halloween event! We’re thrilled to celebrate, but we want to ensure it’s a fun, inclusive experience for everyone.

Keeping It Fun, Not Frightening 
While Halloween is all about costumes and creepy decor, we’re taking a mindful approach this year. We’ve opted for a more subtle vibe—think playful pumpkins and friendly ghosts, rather than an over-the-top haunted house. We understand that for some, Halloween can be a triggering time, and we want to create a space where everyone feels comfortable.

Catering to Sensory Needs We recognise that sensory overload can be an issue for many, so we’re committed to making our event accessible for all. From 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, we’ll have quieter music and a dedicated pop-up space where you can relax and recharge. Additionally, we’ll have an outside area for those who need a break from the main festivities.

A Note on Health
If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home to keep everyone safe. Your health and the well-being of our community are our top priority.

Mental Health Matters It’s important to recognise that Halloween can impact mental health in various ways. For some individuals, particularly in Melbourne, the darker themes and imagery associated with this time can evoke anxiety or distress. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can celebrate without feeling overwhelmed or scared.

A Space for Everyone Our aim is to ensure that our Halloween gathering is a safe haven, allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities without fear. We encourage all guests to embrace the spirit of Halloween in a light-hearted way. Please be mindful of your costumes and activities—let’s keep the scares friendly!

Euphoria Social’s Halloween Event! - This is our last social gathering for 2024. 

Euphoria Social invites you to join us for our St Kilda event October 25th, at ELLORA, St Kilda.

(Whilst we say Halloween event, we welcome you, whether you choose to dress up or not.)

A social event, hosted by our very own DILONCÉ, a celebration with dancing, prizes, and entertainment.  

Cassidy La Créme will be on the decks & a set from Michael Kay.

Plus 10% of ticket sales will go back to community, we will be donating it to Taco', for their top surgery fundraiser.

We are excited to announce we will be part of Discover St Kilda's Scare Kilda festivities, celebrating Halloween, between Acland and Fitzroy Street Precincts.

Euphoria Social - a completely volunteer-run LGBTQIAPN+ grassroots group. We are financially independent, relying on ticket sales and donations for financial support. Our events are an opportunity to come together to celebrate inclusivity, diversity, and the genuine acceptance of all gender and sexual identities, neuro spiciness, and ethnicities.

Theme: If you choose to dress up, which is completely optional, them Halloween outfits are welcomed. 

Tickets: 
Your ticket purchase secures you a spot, we will not have door tickets.
10% of ticket sales will go to Taco's top surgery crowdfunding efforts.

Booking Fee's apply.
Ticket proceeds will go towards cost and Euphoria Social organisation and the cost of the event.
Euphoria Social is an unpaid and volunteer-run grassroots organisation.

We only have limited tickets available to avoid overcrowding.
If social distancing isn’t available, please ensure you wear a mask.
