In this workshop we will identify weeds and herbs that can boost our immune system and relieve respiratory ailments such as coughs and colds. Pat will show us how to make ointments, rubs, lozenges, syrups, teas, capsules from weeds and herbs and learn simple home healing techniques to improve health, circulation and overall wellbeing. We will all take home samples of

Phytolacca ointment, Chest rub, Herbal lozenges, Hot /cold flu drink, Breathe easy tea, Ginger and Chilli capsules, Onion cough syrup, Inhalant, Throat spray, Myrrh ointment, Blackberry Nightshade ointment, Garlic syrup, Winter blend tea, Garlic and Chilli capsules, Echinacea capsules.

The workshop includes a walk around Kawalang, identifying and picking special plants, morning/afternoon tea/lunch made primarily with food grown organically at Kawalang and samples with ingredients made during the workshop.

The workshop is an inspiring opportunity to be with neighbours, make new friends and learn together with a fabulous teacher.
