    Event description

‘Bootleg Banquet’ by Chef Mic & Furrmien

A chef who simply needs no introduction.

Chef Mic has cooked in some of the world's most renowned kitchens (often when they are closed and everyone has gone home). He taught Heston Blumentiles how to make the Beef Wellington, he has won Ironing Chef eight times. Decades before Jamie Oliver rocketed to fame with 15-Minuet Meals, Chef Mic was crafting his 1000, 60-Second Meals (Sold Out). A world first, Chef Mic will be cooking a live banquet, showing guests how he has clocked cooking through the lore of iconic C.B.F. Cuisine and bootleg love techniques.

In the words of Chef Mic, “Anti-cheffing is the culinary rebellion that will save us all.
