These two are the major things we will do in the class, we work on booties the bring our attitude into the choreography🔥

‼️No experience, beginner friendly‼️
✏️The courses will run TWICE a month, on Saturday or Sunday✏️

💡What I will learn in the class?

💁🏻‍♀️Movements: Booty pop, drop, shimmy, bounce, booty clap, hip tick and other twerk movements.

💁🏻‍♀️Position: Standing, sumo, squat, doggy, froggy, floor positions and other variations.

💁🏻‍♀️Combo/Choreography: After practicing the movements and the positions above, we will mix them as a combo/choreography 30 seconds or longer.

💡What I will get from the class?

❤️‍🔥Your CONFIDENCE: We cheer up everyone in the class, when you see someone doing the good moves, we hype them up!!!!

❤️‍🔥New Friends: I meet friends who enjoy twerk as well, I believe you will meet friends🥰

❤️‍🔥Practice Video: At the end of the class we will film, I will be in the video with you and do the same combo, I’ll send the video to everyone then you can practice at home when you free.

💡What I should wear/bring to the class?

👟Shoes: Sneakers (highly recommend cause we will exercise a lot)

🩲Bottom: Shorts, leggings or anything you feel comfortable and also can show the movement as well

👚Top: Anything you feel comfortable🙌🏻
