Whole civilisations have been fueled on corn, tequila and chocolate – staples that go back centuries. Unlock some of the secrets behind making tacos, margaritas and Mexican style hot chocolate with Lucas Putnam, head chef at Boquita and co-author of La Boca Loca: Mexican Cooking for New Zealanders. Ticket includes food, a drink and tasters.
