Border 4 is bringing International Hard techno powerhouse ACIDUS (UK) and Melbourne local hard techno queen BAXTER to Bloom, Geelong as well as a talented lineup of Geelong and Melbourne DJs for a highly energetic hard techno and hard trance event!
