Event description

So glad you're here!

Borderline Poetry is a creative writing workshop for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder, and the wider community affected.
There is no need for previous writing skills, or proof of diagnosis. Come as you are, just your wonderfully complex self, and share the space with other welcoming humans as we put pen to paper.

We will meet at Part of Things at 2pm to kickoff.

Pens and journals will be supplied, but you're welcome to bring your laptop or any other preferred writing materials!

At 5pm, we will break for dinner, (provided of course)!

There will be food trucks operating at the Public Light Painting Event happening next to the Barmera Tourism Center. And The Barmera Hotel and Cafe Espresso will be open with dinner options too.

After having our fun sighting murals and light painting, we will meet back at Part of Things at 8pm to share our work. Please invite any partners, friends, carers, or family you may wish to be audience to our live reading.

Thanks to the Mental Health Coalition of South Australia BPD Awareness Grant, this event is entirely free!

Please let us know in advance if you need help with travel to and from this event.
