Leading the conversation is Lezley Kaye, who didn't learn these lessons from a course—she lived them. After building a $60 million business, experiencing extraordinary success, losing it all and rebuilding again, Lezley brings a powerful perspective on ambition, resilience and redefining success on your own terms.

We'll then continue the conversation with a panel of inspiring local women, each sharing their own definition of success, the lessons they've learned along the way, and how their priorities have evolved through different seasons of business, career and life.
