The BOSS Circle Leadership Retreat is designed for swim school owners who want space to think clearly, talk honestly, and step back from the day-to-day demands of ownership.

Running a swim school means making decisions that affect people, safety, culture, and outcomes, often without much time to pause. This retreat creates that pause, deliberately.

Over two days, a small group of owners will come together at Spicers Guesthouse in the Hunter Valley. The setting matters. Stepping away from the pool deck changes the quality of conversation. Shared meals, fireside spaces, and time away from routine create room for better thinking.

One day of the retreat will be facilitated by Matt Church, a respected leadership thinker known for his work on presence, influence, and clarity in complex, people-heavy environments. Matt works with the room in real time, shaping conversations rather than delivering fixed content. This suits experienced owners who value relevance over theory.

The remainder of the retreat is intentionally simple. Owner-to-owner discussions. Time to reflect. Space for conversations that don’t fit neatly into standard meetings but matter to long-term leadership and sustainability.

This retreat is not about fixing everything in two days. It’s about stepping back, checking your footing, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Places are strictly limited.
