Herbal Medicine & Botanical Art Workshop: Stress Support with Jessie-Anne
Event description
Join Jessie-Anne, Naturopath and artist, for gentle exploration into how stress can influence our sense of wellbeing, and discover some of her favourite herbal medicines for nourishing the nervous system.
You will be guided to draw and paint a herb that you feel most connected with and create your own botanical artwork. Along the way, you will learn some at-home remedies to support yourself with. Throughout Jessie’s naturopathic career, she has painted botanical art as a way to learn and connect with the medicines she recommends - and she can't wait to share this with you!
This workshop is designed to embrace your unique art skills and release your creative flow - sketch, paint, and colour botanical illustrations drawn by you!
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon filled with good vibes, music, and great company!
