Where to go:

Please meet at the Noel Lothian Hall, Adelaide Botanic Garden (map reference D15), accessed via Hackney Road. Please arrive 10 minutes before and check in with staff when you arrive.

What to expect, what to bring: The tour will take place indoors in the Gardens. The weather can be quite mild in the Gardens, with spontaneous light rain and wind from time to time, so we recommend bringing a suitable outdoor jacket and dressing to the weather conditions.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult / caregiver throughout this event.

Parking/Facilities:

Ticketed parking is available on Plane Tree Drive and Goodman Building carparks (off Hackney Road), Goodman Building car parks and nearby on Rundle Road or the East End. Alternatively, catch the tram to the Botanic Garden stop which is 150m from the Main Gate.

Toilets and change tables are available in the Adelaide Botanic Garden, and refreshments can be purchased at the deli and kiosk.

Weather Policy:

The event will go ahead in wet weather and will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions (ie. storms, hail, heatwave). We will notify you prior to the event if it is cancelled and to reschedule the event.

Accessibility:

Bitumen paths are provided throughout the garden; however, patrons are advised that the Gardens have grass surfaces and natural walking tracks. Please contact us if you would like to further discuss how we can support your accessibility requirements.

Refunds:
Please choose carefully, as refunds are not available for change of mind. Refunds will only apply if the event is cancelled and you are not available to attend the rescheduled event.

If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us, as tours often sell out and we try our best to accommodate the wait list.
