Event description

Community Flower Studio is a youth-focused charity, believing it takes a community to support youth facing mental health challenges. Be part of a positive change and help support youth in learning life skills and finding meaningful employment.

Join Community Flower Studio for a Mindfulness Botanical Painting Workshop at the Social Enterprise Festival!

The workshop allows the practise of 'mindfulness' in painting real flowers and leaves through using watercolour techniques.

What will be covered?

  • How to create a Botanical Painting/drawing using watercolour techniques
  • How to choose your colours
  • How to practise ‘mindfulness’ while creating botanical painting/drawing
