Botanical Ritual Lab for Turning Vision into Action

Botanical Ritual Lab for Turning Vision into Action

Tuesday, December 29th | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $10 | Sign-up

Close out the year with a two-hour ritual for editing your life, not just setting resolutions. We’ll start by gently naming the patterns and blocks that have been holding you back, then map where you stand with a balance wheel and paint a vision of the life that’s been calling you. From there, you’ll break one big goal into seasonal quarters and simple baby steps you can actually take. Each part of the evening is anchored by a handmade herbal creation, including a personal anointing oil and a custom tea blend, to carry the intention home with you. You’ll leave with a guided journal, a weekly check-in and devotion practice, and a clear, grounded plan for the year ahead.

Lara’s own journey with autoimmune and hormonal imbalances led her back to school in Boulder, Colorado, where she studied women’s health through a holistic lens, including nutrition, herbal medicine, and nervous system health. Since then, she has worked in clinics, private practice, and alongside a physician—all with the purpose of helping women feel at home in their bodies, connected to themselves, and empowered to live a life that feels whole and on purpose.
