Bould Better Breathing Workshop

Kate from Blue Sky Mind & Bould Move are delighted to be collaborating together to bring simple breathwork techniques to assist in your training performance, recovery, and train your lungs the way you work your other muscles in the body.Â
This event is for people of ALL levels of fitness - basically if you breathe, and move your body for health and fitness you will benefit! Because simply - the way we breath directly impacts the way we feel. And if you are an athlete, it directly effects the way you perform.Â
Breathwork is scientifically proven and widely used to enhance energy, improve performance and aid recovery through lowering the heart rate, improving circulation, reduced inflammation, and regulating the nervous system back to a relaxed state of being - the rebuilding and healing state.Â
In the Workshop you will learn simple techniques to use both throughout your workout and in daily life, as well as a guided breathwork session for you to experience the impact breathwork can have on your state of being - physically, emotionally and mentally.Â
We all breathe! So this workshop is for suitable for all adults, and children over 12 years. Tickets are limited to 15, and must be purchased through Humanatix.Â
Please bring -Â
- Yoga mat or towel to lie on
- Water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothingÂ
- A jumper/light blanket if it is cool on the day.
Please arrive at 245pm for a 3pm start.Â
