Boulder Western City Campus Tour

Join North members for a tour of the new Boulder Western City Campus project, a ground-up mass timber municipal facility currently under construction on the former Boulder Community Hospital site. This one-of-a-kind project is the first of its scale to incorporate Colorado lumber into CLT panels, with more than 40% of the CLT volume sourced from Colorado timber — including select panels made from 100% Colorado lumber.

Tour will be led by AIA Colorado Premier Partner KL&A, Engineers & Builders and Saunders Construction

PPE REQUIRED. Please bring your hard hat, vest, safety glasses, and closed toed shoes (preferably boots).

Tour is limited to AIA Colorado members and AIA Colorado Allied Members only

Tour Capacity: 30

Education: Tour to be submitted for 1 LU|HSW

Parking Directions: From Broadway, turn left onto North Street, then right onto 9th Street, followed by a right onto Alpine Avenue. The parking garage will be down the street on the right-hand side. There are barriers and a gate that should be open. Please note that once you are about halfway down Alpine, you will be entering an active construction site, so please proceed with caution when accessing the garage. There is no parking on Level 1.
