Bound to Flow: A Sensual Shibari & Embodiment Workshop

Overview

Together, we’ll weave our shared passions – embodied movement and the art of rope play – into a journey of curiosity, self-inquiry, and expression. Through playful exploration and flowing movement, we’ll deepen our connection to the rope as both a prop and a tool: a tactile guide into sensation, creativity, and presence.

What to Expect

The workshop begins with a short briefing and an introduction to rope safety, followed by a somatic warm-up to anchor our awareness in the body and awaken our senses. We’ll slowly invite connection guiding you into an improvised partnered tie.
We’ll finish with a closing circle and a chance to share tea and snacks.

Don’t worry – you don’t need to be a dance-floor rockstar or a Shibari pro. This is a playful exploration, not a choreographed performance.
