Boundaries, Balance, and Self Love for FSSW’s
Event description
Welcome, beautiful FSSW’s with vulvas.
Enter this safe space with an open mind and an open heart. We will be running through theoretical and somatic work that will be building blocks for boundaries, balance, and self love, regardless of where you are on your journey.
Lulu
Lulu (she/they - therapist with years of experience as a SW in the USA) will lead the first half of this workshop to enhance understanding and skills to:
• Create stronger boundaries around trauma dumping from clients
• Utilise mental health first aid to manage concerning client presentations
• Process difficult client sessions effectively and safely
• Harness the power of your personal, intimate relationships to support resilience and relational connection.
Kadi
Kadi (she/her - somatic sex coach and SW ally) will be leading you through practices during the second half of this workshop that will allow you to:
• Feel into a variety of emotions
• Lovingly connect with yourself somatically
• Regulate your nervous system
Kadi has assisted in person events and co-facilitated webinars, however it is her first time co-facilitating an in person event! Consideration and kindness to this fact would be highly appreciated. Let's learn and explore together!
Jinx Jasper
This container is also hosted by Jinx Jasper (they/them - current FSSW) who will be:
• bringing relevant conversation to light and discussing how these practices can be useful in dealing with situations that arise from FSSW
• providing extra support
