Description

This 2-day professional development training focuses on the delivery of group reflective practice to promote meaningful and inclusive processes. Our structured and collaborative model, that sits at the heart of this training, aims to support growth and empowerment through intentional and reflective practice. 

Group Reflective Practice provides opportunities to practice skills and increase confidence in facilitating and managing group reflective practice, to promote reflection for people working in the helping professions, including;

  • Introduction and practice of our Structured Cooperative Group Reflective Practice process 

  • Active participation in structured practice roles with other participants 

  • Ideas that support groups to embrace reflective practice 

  • How to cultivate a learning culture in groups
