Bowen therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that promotes circulation, releases muscle tension, and restores balance in the body.
Sound healing brings deep relaxation using therapeutic vibrations to help clear stress and promote harmony.

Together, these therapies create a powerful space for healing and renewal.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and an eye mask. A small travel pillow is optional for comfort when lying face down.

• Booking & Payment: $55 payment is required to secure your spot. Booking is confirmed upon payment; all sales are final.

• Cancellation: Notify us 48 hours before the event to cancel. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. A full refund is provided if the organiser cancels.

• Participant Requirements: Limited to 6 participants. Bring a Yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, and a travel pillow. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

• Health & Safety: Consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns. Participation is at your own risk, and the organiser is not liable for injuries or health issues during the event.

• Event Changes: The organiser may change event details if necessary and will notify participants.
