Bowen therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. Combined with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, these two therapies work together to amplify relaxation and restore balance to both body and mind. This unique session allows you to experience deep healing, reduced stress, and enhanced emotional wellbeing.

What to bring: Yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, and a travel pillow (optional for when you’ll be lying on your tummy).

• Booking & Payment: $55 payment is required to secure your spot. Booking is confirmed upon payment; all sales are final.

• Cancellation: Notify us 48 hours before the event to cancel. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. A full refund is provided if the organiser cancels.

• Participant Requirements: Limited to 6 participants. Bring a Yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, and a travel pillow. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

• Health & Safety: Consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns. Participation is at your own risk, and the organiser is not liable for injuries or health issues during the event.

• Event Changes: The organiser may change event details if necessary and will notify participants.
