Bowen Workforce Accommodation Workshop

The Greater Whitsunday Housing Alliance Project is working with local employers in Bowen to support efforts to attract investment in a range of affordable workforce accommodation solutions - for all types of employees whether they be permanent, short term, trades, professional, single, married etc.
We are inviting you to a workshop to help us understand the kind of accommodation you would like to see built in Bowen, to meet a range of workforce accommodation needs. Please come prepared to share what your workforce accommodation needs are in terms of accommodation type, as well as volume and what you think a reasonable weekly rental amount would be.
We would also like to understand local employers' willingness to enter long-term lease agreements on behalf of their employers, to give investors' confidence in the income they could earn.
This information will be very valuable to help us target potential investors in different accommodation solutions.
