How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Does your bike need some love? We can help with all repairs from minor tweaks to full rebuilds and everything in between.

Book in for a 15 minute consultation for us to quote your repair. 

If it's a minor item we will try to fix it on the spot. If it will take longer, we will quote you a repair price and deduct your initial consult fee.

If we can't economically repair your bike, we'll give you a gift voucher to pick a replacement bike from our stock of repaired bikes. 

Our ambition is to keep as many bikes on the road as we can. 

The Repair Shop will help get you back on your bike as quickly, safely and economically as possible.
