When you book a 15 minute slot with our experts, they will advise you on the best way to repair your favourite piece of furniture or household item. If it's a simple procedure we will fix it on the spot. If it's more complex, we will tell you how you can fix it yourself or provide you a quote for us to fix it. If you decide to go ahead with the quote, we will absorb your initial fee.

If it's not repairable we will refund your fee.

Book in a time, bring your item in or some photos if it's a large piece and we can work through a solution.
