What is CatVideoFest?

Oscilloscope Laboratories, CARE Humane Society, and BOXCAR present CatVideoFest 2026, a compilation of the latest and best cat videos culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and classic internet powerhouses. A portion of ticket proceeds from every show goes directly to CARE Humane Society and their mission to advance humane treatment and responsible ownership of companion animals, focusing on community education, animal sheltering and adoption, and alleviating animal suffering.

Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity

Boxcar is the brick-and-mortar venue of the Opelika Auburn Film Arts Collective (OAFAC)—a nonprofit, educational arts organization—BOXCAR uses the “common screen experience” to educate, inspire, and connect. Through regular film screenings, live performances, workshops, and community gatherings, Boxcar fosters collaboration, celebrates experimentation, and reflects the ever-changing spirit of the community we serve. Our film screenings are free to the public as we hope to expose as many people as possible to different films and media.
