Boxfit is a class that incorporates boxing technique and elements of cardio to keep you on your toes and having a fun time partnering with other folk, utilising gloves and pads and building your upper body strength!

Indiana from All Folk Fitness is local to the Newlands area! Along with CKF, Indiana facilitates numerous classes across the northern suburbs, as well as coaching clients with Personal Training. Indiana has a passion for fitness and helping people find the 'fit that fits' for them!
