Free boxing Class!!!!

Ever wondered what it's like to box? ever pictured yourself up in the ring?

well, here is you chance to try a boxing class for FREE!!

Come along to Body Connect Wednesday May 21st, from 4-5pm to see if you've got what it takes!

This Class will allow a personal trainer to take us to the basics of how to throw a punch and best protect yourself in the ring!!

When: Wednesday the 21st of May, 4-5pm

Where: Body Connect - Norwich Plaza

Who: Anyone aged 12-25 years old

Cost: FREE!!

*Safety equipment will be used, and young people will not be punching each other.

*We are promoting boxing as a controlled sport, not as an act of violence
