Brain Aerobics
Event description
Brain Aerobics is a structured total brain workout designed to exercise the concentration ability, visual/spatial orientation, memory, critical thinking, numeracy skills and language function of the brain.
The class starts with a physical warm up exercise, followed by language warm up before having students to work through the different brain exercises. The class ends with a topic for discussion and students will be given a weekly brain health lifestyle challenge to take home.
The exercises are different each week to provide different levels of stimulation to the brain.
Ticket Purchase Note:
Please note that 1 ticket purchase covers for 2 brain aerobics sessions on both 17th and 24th October. To purchase the ticket, simply select either date shown and attend both sessions.
Who is this for?
This is designed for people who want to give their brain some fun and stimulating exercise to strengthen and maintain brain function regardless of age.
Preparation:
We will still provide markers for you to use at the session. Please bring along your favourite pen if you prefer.
