This experience has been created for anyone curious about a more integrated approach to wellbeing, including parents and carers supporting children with neurological or nervous-system challenges, health and wellness practitioners, existing wellness customers and members of the Gympie community.

This won’t be an afternoon of sitting through long presentations. Expect short educational sessions, conversation, practical experiences, gentle movement and opportunities to ask questions in a relaxed, supportive environment.

You’ll also have the opportunity to experience frequency-based wellness technology and discuss personalised testing or individual next steps with the presenters.

Alyson is an integrative naturopath, somatic practitioner, speaker and founder of Your Authentic Self™. She combines more than 20 years of natural-health experience with pathology testing, personalised nutrition and nervous-system regulation—bringing biology and embodiment together.

Nicolette Wijers | The Emotional Alchemist
Nicolette supports people to explore emotional wellbeing, energy and Frequency Flow through an embodied, experience-led approach.
