Tim Sta-Ana's First Solo Exhibition: Brain Surgery
Description
Enter into the world of Tim Sta-Ana's Cherries, small beings that represent real feelings, at his first major pop-up solo exhibition: Brain Surgery! This Cherry-themed show will display 30 of Sta-Ana's works from paintings, sculptures, and interactive constructs, both old and new.
"While the brain holds thought, the Cherries represent emotion, intuition and the quieter things we carry. They are often depicted as unnoticed or ignored in my work, mirroring how easy it is to overlook each other’s feelings. To really see them, you have to pay attention. That is the invitation of my show; to slow down and recognise the soft, hidden emotional beings inside of us." — Tim Sta-Ana
