We've got a fun ice-breaker planned: "Two Truths and a Lie." Before you join us at the event, take a few moments (5-10 minutes) to come up with six, short, personal stories. You'll play two rounds of this game during the gathering, with different people.

EVENT FLOW

1pm: Arrive on time, preferably 5-10 minutes early, and allow for parking. 🕐🚗
Meet your host, Sarah, who'll introduce you to fellow guests to kickstart conversations. 🤝👋
1:15pm: Find your spot (your name's on the table) with peers of a similar age. Order from the menu, and we'll kick off with our ice-breaker activity. Prepare for your first round of 2 truths and 1 lie. Special dietary needs? Call La Carmela. 🍽️❄️📞
Around 2:15pm: After lunch, Sarah will mix up the groups and provide conversation cards for engaging chats. Coffee, tea, or dessert? Feel free to order. ☕🍰 Play another round of 2 truths and 1 lie with your new group.
3pm: Settle the bill.
Around 3:30pm: The event ends. Share contact details with those you connected with or continue socialising. 📱👥👋

As your facilitator, Sarah's mission is to ensure you feel right at home and fully included during the event. Her role is to spark connections among our guests, turning strangers into, at the very least, new friends by the end of the night.

Gender Balance: While we strive for gender balance, it's not always perfect despite our best efforts. If an exact gender balance is crucial to your enjoyment, our event might not be the best fit. Group Size: Our events focus on quality connections over quantity. We typically have between 12-40 attendees, allowing ample time for genuine conversations with similar aged people.

REFUND POLICY

Once you've snagged a ticket, please note that we don't provide refunds in case your circumstances change or if you have a change of heart about attending. However, we do offer the option to transfer your ticket to a friend of the same gender and a very similar age if that suits you better. You must notify us as soon as possible to arrange this. We will need their full name, year of birth, phone number and email address 🎟️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️🔄
