In this workshop participants will learn how to use Brainspotting to help clients dealing with microaggressions, race-based stress, racial gaslighting, and more. Participants will learn through a lecture and a guided neuro-experiential Brainspotting process where they will be asked to identify a race-based issue that they would like some clarity on.

✅ What is this Brainspotting workshop about?
Identify an issue whether personal, health, relationships or business that you would like some clarity and direction.
You will be guided through a few short neuro-experiential Brainspotting processes so that you can take away some insight and focus for continuing investigation into your issues.
This workshop is designed to be between 4-8 people, with a warm and intimate setting where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and ask questions!
If there are fewer than 4 participants, the workshop will be canceled with prior notice.
No previous Brainspotting training is required.
