Interested in learning about Brainspotting and how it can help patients with racial trauma?

In this workshop participants will learn how to use brainspotting to help clients dealing with microaggressions, race-based stress, racial gaslighting, and more. Participants will learn through lecture and a guided neuro-experiential Brainspotting process where they will be asked to identify a race-based issue that they would like some clarity on. This hands-on workshop will be hosted by Nancy Diaz, a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in helping womxn of color who are daughters of immigrants heal from trauma.

What is this Brainspotting workshop about?
Identify an issue whether personal, health, relationships or business that you would like some clarity and direction.
You will be guided through a few short neuro-experiential Brainspotting processes so that you can take away some insight and focus for continuing investigation into your issues.
This workshop is designed to be between 4-8 people, with warm and intimate setting where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and ask questions!
If there are less than 4 participants, the workshop will be cancelled with prior notice.
No previous Brainspotting training required.
