Brainstorming Behaviour Workshop - Ourimbah June 2020

Giggles and Smiles Nannying are excited to be partnering with Back On Track Early Childhood Professional to bring their Professional Development Workshops to the Central Coast, NSW.

This upcoming workshop will be focusing on supporting Nannies and Childcare Educators in the field of understanding and supporting child behaviour. Please see below for the details about the workshop provided by Back On Track.

Brainstorming Behaviour (working towards NESA Accreditation)

Strongly based on child development and what children are capable of achieving at each age and stage of development.

This workshop endeavours to encourage staff to keep their expectations in check with the children in their care.

We discuss the importance of being prepared, organised and ready to teach young children and how to stay on top of the workload.

We also go in depth about the importance of teamwork and how to work effectively and efficiently with your team and how to communicate in a way that brings out the best in your everyone including the children.
