Did you know local MP David Smith is an avid walker? In addition to participating in events such as the Menslink Great Walk in support of local community organisations, he enjoys exploring Canberra's beautiful nature reserves. One of his favourite places to walk is Wanniassa Hills Nature Reserve.

Join David and the Conservation Council for a walk through one of his favourite reserves. Along the way, he'll share the changes he has observed in Wanniassa Hills over the years and point out some of the plants, animals and scenic views that make this reserve so special to him.

After the walk, stay for a cup of tea, a biscuit and a chat with David and fellow participants.
