We invite you to join Joshua Di Mattina-Beven and Mym Kwa for a work-in-progress showing of NAUSEOUS CONDITIONS, a duet of mutual transformation.
Born from early developments with Brand X and Readymade Works in Sydney, Josh and Mym have been misusing wayfinding systems to reorient the body and self in space.
Layering movement systems such as google maps, semaphores, gyroscopes and hypnotism, NAUSEOUS CONDITIONS seeks to make contact with the unexpected.
The showing will be followed by a short Q+A with the artists and artistic director of The Mill, Katrina Lazaroff.
