It's a midsummer mini festival from Oi Musica!

We are bringing a killer line-up of music and excellent vibes to Portobello Town Hall. Pulling out all the stops with an all-ages, all-welcome Brassed-Up party to celebrate ten years of our double award-winning youth project Brass Blast.

Featuring 5 live bands!

Samson Sounds - positive dance floor vibrations from Glasgow-side. Scottish soundsystem culture meets West African/Latin rhythms - vocals, percussion, guitar, brass & electronics. Festival favourites!

Brass Blast - the one and only! Sing along, raise your hands, sway in time and feel good about the world with this next generation of musicians.

Golden Grooves Street Collective - Brass Blast alumni 'n' friends: funky, rhythm-driven street band bringing the dance party.

Oi Musica x Samson Sounds Massed Band - XXXL street band special.

Lotas - freshest band on the bill! 5-piece featuring 4 members of Brass Blast - slaying it on drums, keys, guitar, bass and saxophone (with a mean age of 14!)

And the excellent Desiato Sound System taking care of the dance-floor sound!

PLUS! Street food, fully stocked bar, cakes & treats, merch stalls and more to be confirmed...

Accessibility

The venue is accessible by wheelchair via a ramp at the side door. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and changing facilities in the ladies' toilets.
