Event description

Explore big feelings and emotional regulation with Brave and Able. Author Zara McDonald, psychologist Dr Lauren Moulds, and author and illustrator of neuroaffirming children's stories Nell Harris will take you through story time and further learning about regulation tools, strategies and activities that can be recreated at home or school.

This storytime and workshop is aimed at kindy and early junior primary aged children and their parents/caregivers.

Books will be available for purchase at the event.
