Join Bre Kennedy and Michaela Slinger for an intimate, acoustic evening of songs and stories inside one of Vancouver’s newest independent show venues.

Bre Kennedy — Bre Kennedy is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter acclaimed for her introspective storytelling and evocative performances. Her fourth studio album The Alchemist marks a new creative chapter—an unflinchingly honest and artfully crafted body of work shaped by personal growth, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Bre’s work has been praised by Billboard, Paste, American Songwriter, and featured on key Spotify playlists including New Music Friday and Today’s Singer-Songwriters. Known for her powerful live shows, she has headlined sold-out performances at Nashville staples like Exit/In, The Basement East, The Blue Room, and supported artists such as NEEDTOBREATHE, Stephen Wilson Jr., The Paper Kites, Joy Oladokun and Sheryl Crow at the Ryman Auditorium. As a songwriter, she has collaborated with industry standouts including Jake Wesley Rogers and Lori McKenna, with whom she co-wrote the acclaimed track “Before I Have a Daughter.”

Michaela Slinger — Michaela Slinger is a “legendary songbird-in-the-making” (Dan Mangan). Her songwriting and stop-you-dead vocals illuminate the universality of our lives by diving deep into quiet moments of love, loss, longing, and uncertainty. Her recent EP THERE’S STiLL TiME YET and forthcoming 2026 LP were recorded with David Vertesi (Haley Blais, Hey Ocean!) and Jonathan Anderson (Ocie Elliott, Field Guide). Michaela’s voice and emotional precision have led her to share stages with artists like Dermot Kennedy, Donovan Woods, and Hayden Everett. Her acclaimed sophomore record, This Can’t Last Forever (604 Records) landed her a nomination for Pop Artist of the Year at the 2024 Western Canadian Music Awards, the cover of Amazon Music’s Fresh Folk & Acoustic playlist, spotlighting on SiriusXM’s Poplandia: About To Break, and a feature on CBC Music’s Songs You Need To Hear.

Doors open at 7:00 pm. Show starts at 7:30 pm sharp. Light refreshments will be available, and everyone is encouraged to bring something to enjoy or share. A small quantity of tickets are available at the door for $40 each.
