We’ll also unpack insights from the collaborative partnership between White Box Enterprises and Ability Works, including the key learnings, reflections, and real-world experiences shared along the way.

White Box Enterprises' Financial Wellbeing Program is the first of its kind in Australia – a bespoke initiative designed specifically for jobs-focused social enterprises. Funded by Ecstra Foundation and now in its third year, the program is helping social enterprises to build confidence, skills and resilience among employees.

Why does it matter?

When people feel confident managing their money, it can ease financial stress and lead to better health, stronger relationships, and improved life outcomes. But most jobs-focused social enterprises don’t have the capacity to provide this kind of tailored support.
