Breaking the Pattern: A Generational Healing Sound Journey

Do you ever find yourself repeating emotional cycles that feel older than you - like inherited fears, relationship patterns, or ways of coping you can’t explain?

Breaking the Pattern is a powerful sound journey designed to help you unravel the subconscious imprints inherited from your family line - the unspoken rules, suppressed emotions, and survival mechanisms passed down through generations.

Through sound, guided process, and deep energetic release, we create space to clear unconscious loyalty to your lineage, reclaim your truth, and step into emotional freedom.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about liberation - for you, and those who came before.

🌙 What to Expect:

A grounding introduction to generational trauma - how it shows up and how it gets stored in the body
A guided subconscious process to witness and release patterns absorbed from parents or caregivers
A deeply restorative sound healing with crystal singing bowls, drum, and voice to transmute inherited emotional weight
Gentle integration with journaling and visualisation, anchoring safety, boundaries, and personal sovereignty

💫 Release inherited pain. Restore your power. Break the cycle for good.

The pattern ends with you.
Come home to your truth.

🌟 Your Guide

Becky is a Master Hypnotist, NLP Practitioner, Multiple Brain Integration Coach, and Master Life Coach. She is also a trained Sound Healer and certified Tesla Metamorphosis Practitioner, infusing her sound journeys with multidimensional energy to elevate healing potential.

Each sound bath is played intuitively, reading the energy of the room to bring harmony to the field. Expect a deeply immersive experience where sound is felt not just in the body, but in the soul - helping you shift energetically, emotionally, and spiritually.

🧘‍♀️ How to Prepare

△ Stay hydrated throughout the day - water helps sound vibrations move more effectively through your body.

△ Wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing.

△ Arrive early - doors will be locked 5 minutes after start time to preserve the sacred container.

△ Avoid a heavy meal beforehand; a light snack is fine.

🧺 What to Bring

△ Water (essential!)

△ Your own pillow (yoga mat, blanket, bolsters provided, but you’re welcome to personalise your space)

△ A personal intention - sound amplifies what you’re ready to shift or call in.

△ A notebook and pen if you like to record insights or downloads after the session.

💫 After the Session

Drink plenty of water and be gentle with yourself. Healing often continues in the hours or days afterward - you may feel lightness, emotion, vivid dreams, or intuitive clarity. Journaling is encouraged to anchor insights and track your integration process.
