Unpacking Domestic Violence: Explore the different forms of abuse—physical, emotional, financial, psychological, and more. Learn the terms commonly used around domestic violence (gaslighting, narcissism, coercive control) and how they apply.

Recognizing Abuse: Learn to identify the red flags of an abusive relationship, understand if you are experiencing domestic violence, and work through real-life case studies.

Vision Board Creation: Build a vision board based on your personal values to help you visualize and plan for a future grounded in empowerment and freedom.

Resources & Safety Plans: Gain insight into the resources available to those experiencing domestic violence. Begin developing a safety plan that suits your personal situation and protects you in times of crisis.

Bystander Awareness: Learn about the role bystanders can play in supporting those impacted by domestic violence, without judgment or assumptions

This workshop is not designed to counsel or heal, but rather to shine a light on the realities of domestic violence. It's a safe space to explore your values and understand the tools that can help you move forward.
