Session 1: Journey for Releasing Guilt & Shame (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

DESCRIPTION:
The "Guilt & Shame 9D" journey is for individuals who are ready to release the
weight of deeply ingrained guilt and shame. If you find yourself struggling with
these powerful emotions --whether rooted in past experiences, relationships, or
your self-perception--this journey offers a path to healing and liberation. Through
immersive breathwork, you'll be guided to delve deep into these feelings, uncover
their origins, and begin the process of transformation. Thisjourney is designed to
help you cultivate self-acceptance, nurture self-compassion, and ultimately find a
sense of inner peace.

Break (2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Take this hour to relax, connect, and recharge. ground yourself, and prepare for the afternoon journey.

Session 2: Integration & Regeneration Journey (3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
The Integration & Regeneration journey is tailored for those who have completed a full 9D journey and seek support in processing and grounding their experience. This session combines calming techniques such as hypnotherapy, subliminal messaging, visualization, and deliberate breathing to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and wholeness, supporting clarity, balance, and resilience.
