What to bring:

• Water bottle

• Comfortable layers and socks

• Sweater (you may feel cold during breathwork)

• Pillow or thin cushion for your head

• Eye mask (optional, for comfort)

• Blanket (optional – some are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own)

• Notepad and pen (optional, for any insights or breakthroughs)

Yoga mats are provided.

Please read the following terms carefully before booking. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Safety & Contraindications

Breathwork can bring about significant shifts in both the body and mind. Sessions include guided breathing, music (sometimes loud), instruments, and optional light touch. Your wellbeing is my priority, so please review the contraindications carefully.

This type of Breathwork is not advised if you have any of the following:

• Pregnancy

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Untreated high blood pressure

• Cardiovascular disease or heart conditions

• Serious respiratory illness (e.g. COPD)

• Aneurysm

• Detached retina or glaucoma

• Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other psychiatric conditions

If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.

If you are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please check with your doctor before booking.

If you have contraindications and would still like to attend, please contact me in advance. A gentler breathing practice may be offered for a safe, restorative experience.

Waiver of Liability

By attending this event, I understand and agree that:

• I have read and understood the contraindications and confirm I am physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate

• I accept full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing throughout the session

• I understand that Amanda Peck is not a licensed medical or mental health professional, and this work does not replace medical care or treatment

• If I feel uncomfortable at any time, I may slow my breathing, pause, or stop the practice

• I release Amanda Peck from any liability related to my participation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable

• If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may receive a credit towards my next session.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event, provided they meet the safety guidelines and agree to these terms
