Something is ready to be released.

You've felt it... the tension you carry without realising, the emotions sitting just below the surface, the mental noise that never quite switches off.

What if your breath could do what years of thinking hasn't?

Breakthrough Breathwork is a powerful, guided 3-hour group experience that uses 9D conscious connected breathing to move you beyond the mind — into the body, into feeling, into release.

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork uses a specially designed audio journey - layered with binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies and powerful music. This bypasses the thinking mind and speak directly to your nervous system. The result? Emotions that have been stuck for months begin to move. Stress that lives in your body starts to dissolve. A deep sense of clarity and aliveness emerges... without saying a single word.

No experience needed. No special skills required. Just your breath.

What you'll experience:

✦ Deep emotional release - release of tension and stress you didn't know you were holding

✦ A quietness in the mind that thinking alone can never reach

✦ Your body remembering what it feels like to be free

✦ You leave lighter than you arrived

Your facilitators:

Stephanie Ziino - Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator & Trauma-Informed Practitioner (TCFH). Steph came to breathwork not as a professional but as someone who needed it. Her facilitation is warm, grounded and driven by one simple belief - that the healing you've been searching for is already inside you.

Is this right for you?

This is for you if you're carrying stress, anxiety or emotional weight you can't seem to shift — if you're craving clarity, or simply curious about breathwork and ready to go deep.

Please note: 9D Breathwork is an activating experience. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider first if you have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety or PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, are pregnant, or have a highly dysregulated nervous system.
