What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork uses a specially designed audio journey - layered with binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies and powerful music. This bypasses the thinking mind and speak directly to your nervous system. The result? Emotions that have been stuck for months begin to move. Stress that lives in your body starts to dissolve. A deep sense of clarity and aliveness emerges... without saying a single word.

Simon "Simmo" Braun 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Breathless Certified, Alignment Coach and founder of Bloody Good Humans. Simmo brings a rare combination of structure and soul to every room he enters - grounded, real and shaped by lived experience.

Stephanie Ziino - Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator & Trauma-Informed Practitioner (TCFH). Steph came to breathwork not as a professional but as someone who needed it. Her facilitation is warm, grounded and driven by one simple belief - that the healing you've been searching for is already inside you.
