Breathwork is one of the most powerful modalities available.
Through
the power of consciously connecting to your breath. You can reach
profound states. Whether deep relaxation, bliss or more.
There's
a spectrum of practices that we will guide you through as there's no
singular breath practice that hits all facets of life. By having a range
of practices, we can maximise our breath in different contexts
With expert guidance and lived experience.
Whether it's your first time or hundredth, You are in safe hands to let your mind go and allow your breath to take you to new places
Our workshop will be 2 hours and will include
- Opening talks about Nathan and Will and our passion behind us running this workshop.
- Coherence breathing that will help you enter a relaxed state
- Ice breakers so that you can settle into the space and connect with others
- Breakthrough Breathwork explanation and demo so that you are informed with what you may experience as it varies for each person
- Integration circle and closing talks so that we all go home feeling grounded and connected.
Bring your own yoga mat
Bring your own water bottle as breathwork can make you thirsty
There is a bathroom at the venue and please arrive roughly 5-10minutes prior so that we can start on time as we want to respect your time, ours and the venue.
Finally. The main Breakthrough Breathwork practice can
be incredibly stimulating so it's not recommended for people with heart
problems or in pregnancy.
